I’m a bit addicted to the dashboard on this blog (you can’t see it because you aren’t ME!). As I said in an earlier post, I can see the search terms people enter in that lead them to my blog. Sometimes, there are strange ones–”Charlie Gibson’s Toupe” being one.
But what gets people here the most are the book reviews! And not just the review for “Eat Pray Love” by Elizabeth Gilbert (although “liz gilbert’s ex husband” and “liz gilbert narcissist” do still show up with surprising frequency!). So, my loyal readers (all 20 of you or so), I will continue to spout off about books–although since I’m now in school, the reviews may not come quite as frequently.
Another thing I’ve noticed that works for many other bloggers is bribery. Okay, maybe not bribery, but giving stuff away. And good stuff–not junk that Goodwill won’t take. I’m tempted, I really am, but I’m not yet sure about it. Keep checking in, I may just part with the $25 Visa Gift Card I have in my wallet!

I love looking at the search terms, too! The one I get with alarming frequency is “contortionists” LOL

PS The other thing I find interesting is the stats. 2 days ago I had more than twice the number of hits that I’d had on my previous highest day, and I have no idea why.
